Little Moments of Bliss

It was a lazy kind of Saturday and the evening walk about was going as usual. Here Guy waits for Ozzie to come zooming around the cedar tree and they run around and around and around it.... notice it already has a race track look about it - no grass around the tree and the dirt is "walled" up around the outer edges.

I meandered on around and came to my growing patch of purple wildflowers, so I took a photo... When I got back to the porch, lo and behold, there was a Spice Bush Swallowtail butterfly resting on the arm of one if the lawn chairs.

.... and then - Danger! Danger! Will Robinson! Ack! The butterfly caught the attention of Diva - never a good thing if you are some small creature - but amazingly, Diva just sniffed it and it just moved around, then moved on.

About This Blog

Originally, this was a place to tell you my news. Then I got a new camera and it became a way to see how we live here at Kalahari Rhodesian Ridgebacks - the fun things, the everyday things and even the humdrum things.

It's just home. I'm glad you stopped by and come again!
