Yum! Goldenrod

Did you say "Goldenrod"? Yes, I did..... My dogs love to eat the stuff with the same gusto as me with a chunk of chocolate. I have considered trying it, but those fuzzy leaves just don't do it for me. Here, Darla and Guy find some mixed in with the hummingbird bush and have themselves a snack.....I guess it's one way they get their veggies!

Actually, I'm surprised there is ANY Goldenrod in the yard as they've been known to reach through the fence with their tongues to try and snag some from the neighbor's border. Too bad that ragweed - that allergy causer - isn't as tasty.
