The Good and the Bad News

The Good News: On recommendation from Cindy... because it worked for her Pink, I've started Sizzle on Black Cohash to see if it will bring her into season. Cindy had Pink on it for 2 weeks and - Magic! She came in and they are getting ready to breed her. So, keep your fingers crossed!

The Bad: Last Friday after running errands, I found Guy sitting on the dog bed, holding out his right hind leg and screaming in pain. Ack! Of course, I have him entered in the MKC shows starting this Thurs...

Anyway, have been making him rest, rubbing and massaging his entire leg with horse liniment and I'm going to try Arnica, a homeopathic remedy today.... if I can find it. He's much, much better, but still slightly gimpy which might affect showing. I'll make the decision to take him to the show on Thursday morning as we aren't scheduled to show until noon.
